Nana Yolanda (Mamincha) will be greatly missed. She will forever be in our hearts. To my family Nana Teresa, Julio and Mike and all your loved ones words seem inadequate to express the sadness I feel about Mamincha' death. I am here to support you in your grieving process. With sincere sympathy, Gisella.

Stephen, I don't know how to reach you so I will just have to post a note to say I am so sorry about your father's passing. He was a terrific man in so many ways....A great father and a good neighbor. I lost my sister to pancreatic cancer as well so I know what that is like. My thoughts are with you. Marion

I joined the Union League of Philadelphia several years ago. Mr. Harris graciously welcomed me as a new member. What I learned later was that it was through the efforts of Mr. Harris and of several other members that the Union League of Philadelphia became open to people of all ethnicities and genders. His obituary shows his record of achievement and awards. His life was even more than that. Through the kindness of his soul and his ability to see worthwhile human beings where others saw something less, the life of Nelson Harris was a blessing.
